Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy

SHIPPING

All orders ship Monday – Friday. All Shipping in LTU orders over 50€ is free, all shipping world wide orders over 150€. You are able to select your shipping cost and options at the time of checkout. Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking number and confirmation outlining the details of your order. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order by email

In the European Union shipping time is from 3 to 10 working days.
In the rest of the world, shipping time is 5 to 14 working days.
Main carier for orders in LTU, LV and EE is Omniva parcel locker, for other counties POSTAL service
Note: COVID19 could impact production and delivery times.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 48 hours to process your order. We do not ship on weekends. Occasionally items may be oversold. If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email or cellphone. In that case item can be voided and the purchase amount refunded.

Payments
National payments in EUR:
– Banklink Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Šiaulių bankas (Payment provider ,,Paysera”)
We reserve the rights for print errors, change in prices, missing and delayed deliveries and sold out items. Prices do not include customs taxes & delivery charges.

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Items can be returned for store credit or refund within 14 days of the purchase as long as product is in its original condition and returned to us with original packaging. All shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be damaged or defective. Returns from LTU, LV and EE create thru FLIPO. Returns from other countries please contact darius@shmutke.eu
